No Refunds of the entry fee will be given in any event.

Not reading & understanding the terms & conditions through prior to entering, 

Not being eligible to claim the prize/s detailed,

Any Fraudulent activity or being disqualified for any reason.

Prizes

All prizes will be described on the website, you must ensure you read the prize description thoroughly prior to purchase. Any additional clarification needed must be sought prior to purchasing entry tickets.

All prizes are as detailed on the launch day of the competition and are to the best of CRYSTAL CLEAR COMPETITIONS knowledge at the time of competition launch.

No warranties will be provided under any circumstances, this includes prizes supplied via third-parties. However the winner may sought this directly with the third party supplier if their is one.

In the event a prize becomes unavailable, an alternative item or cash sum will be provided.

Cash amounts are offered as an alternative on some competitions. It is the winners discretion as to accept or decline the prize or alternative cash prize.

The prize or alternative cash amount is not negotiable or transferable.
